Drivin’ with Dixon – National Trade Promotion Terms & Conditions

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 12:01 AM ACDT on 10th August 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM ACDT on 5th December 2025

3. Eligibility

·       Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

·       Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

·       Entry is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must: 1. Purchase any eligible merchandise product from the official Drivin’ with Dixon website during the promotion period. 2. Complete the purchase with valid contact information. 3. Each $10 spent = 1 automatic entry into the draw.

No entries will be accepted outside of the promotion period.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will be drawn at random and will be awarded the following prize:

2003 Ford BA XR6 Turbo Ute (custom built) - Approximate retail value: $40,000 AUD

Total prize pool value: $40,000 AUD

6. Prize Conditions

·       The prize is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

·       The winner will be responsible for registering and insuring the vehicle on transfer.

7. Draw Details

·       The draw will take place at 117 Frederick Street on at 11:00am ACDT on Sunday 7th December.

·       The winner will be selected via a random electronic draw.

·       The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw.

8. Publication of Winner

The winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Drivin’ with Dixon website (www.drivinwithdixon.com.au) and social media within 5 business days of the draw.

9. Unclaimed Prize

If the prize remains unclaimed for 14 days after the initial notification, a redraw will be conducted.  The draw will take place at 117 Frederick Street on at 11:00am ACDT on Sunday 11th January. The winner will be selected via a random electronic draw.

The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw

10. South Australia Trade Promotion Licence

This is a national trade promotion, and a Trade Promotion Lottery Licence has been obtained for South Australia:

11. Liability

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained as a result of accepting or using the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy

Participant information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and will only be used for administration of this promotion and future marketing purposes (unless opted out).

13. Force Majeure

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

13. General

By entering, entrants accept these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond their control arise.
